About the Concert
Join Metropolis Ensemble and Artistic Director / Conductor Andrew Cyr for "Home Stretch," a chamber orchestra concert featuring premieres and new commissions from rising star composers Timothy Andres and Anna Clyne, alongside a re-imagined Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 26 ("Coronation"), by composer/pianist Timothy Andres. Free wine reception at intermission sponsored by Miro Cellars, the boutique winery from Sonoma Valley, California. Members-only wine tasting at 7pm, co-sponsored by The Bates Club. When you arrive at the concert on May 20, you will be handed your chair and given the opportunity to sit anywhere in the Angel Orensanz Center you like! Why not try a different location after intermission?
