your very own solar system, where you are the sun and the center of the universe...
yes you are this much I wrote this while listening to the spring birds. In the village where I live, there are thousands of them, and they are my favorite meditation music. I wish to be like a bird, expressing myself without inhibition and with great purpose.
This piece is focused on the felt sense of the musicians playing; instead of having to deliver a product, they are invited to explore their sensations, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I am not too concerned with the sound because I know that just like we say as above, so below, the adage of as within, so without is true too. So, as they look inwards and explore, the listeners will naturally be invited to do the same.
I am deeply grateful for and inspired by the work of Dr. Stella Osorojos Eisenstein, a true pioneer of the quantum medical field, and Lise Bourbeau, who has helped me accept myself more and take on the journey of self exploration.
