A concert forum of new chamber music from Jakub Ciupinski, Vivian Fung, and Cristina Spinei at Americas Society in May 2009.In May 2009 at Americas Society, Metropolis Ensemble and Artistic Director/Conductor Andrew Cyr presented a concert forum of new chamber music from three gifted composers, Jakub Ciupinski, Vivian Fung, and Cristina Spinei that features live, interactive demonstrations of their musical sources of inspiration.
Special guests will include Gamelan Dharma Swara, the spectacularly colorful musicians and dancers under the direction of master Balinese artists, the Brazilian percussionist and Berimbau player, Meia Noite, pianist Jenny Lin and members of the Metropolis Ensemble.
