About Ashley JacksonPraised for her rhythmic precision and dynamic performances, harpist-scholar Dr. Ashley Jackson enjoys a multifaceted career in New York and beyond. As a harpist, she performs with Metropolis Ensemble and the Harlem Chamber Players. She is the Director of Undergraduate Studies and an Assistant Professor in the Music Department at Hunter College, and she is currently working on her debut solo album which celebrates black musical expression.
