On April 5th, the atmosphere at Brooklyn Steel in New York City was electric as Caroline Rose took the stage, supported by La Force for an evening of musical enchantment. La Force opened the night with a mesmerizing blend of indie pop and electronic sounds, captivating the audience from the outset.
Ariel Engle’s haunting vocals and the band’s ethereal melodies set the perfect mood, paving the way for Caroline Rose’s performance. With the Metropolis Ensemble by her side, Rose commanded the stage with confidence and charisma, captivating the audience’s attention from the first note.
The setlist was a carefully curated journey through Rose’s eclectic discography, showcasing her versatility as an artist. From the anthemic “Love/Lover/Friend” to the upbeat “Tell Me What You Want,” each song was delivered with passion and precision, resonating deeply with the audience.
One standout moment came during “Jeannie Becomes a Mom” when Rose surprised the crowd by crowd surfing, adding an exhilarating touch to the performance. The energy in the venue was palpable as she soared above the audience, further solidifying her connection with her fans.
