Monte Belmonte and Kaliis Smith, hosts of The Fabulous 413 on New England Public Radio talked with singer-songwriter Caroline Rose ahead of their two-night residency next month with the Metropolis Ensemble at Bombyx. They broke down the key elements and inspirations of their latest album, “The Art of Forgetting,” while they tell us about their bizarre experience attending one of the most prestigious music award ceremonies in the world. Caroline Rose also reflected on the process for these upcoming concerts: “The orchestra really enhances the songs in a way was hoping for but not necessarily expecting. Hearing it in real life is emotional.”
