Metropolis Ensemble is thrilled to join the collective 37d03d (upside-down “People”) to gather for a week to compose, collaborate and present music, visual art, and literature in a variety of spaces and settings.
The results of the residency will be viewed in progress and in proximity with the understanding that the pieces—and the experience—will inform and flavor July 2020’s Eaux Claires V.

37d03d began with a residency in Berlin in 2016 and has continued to grow through events around the world ever since. 37d03d HIVER will be its second event in the US, following a very successful and important iteration at Pioneer Works back in May. Recently announced and aired was the 37d03d radio hour with Converge Radio, featuring Trever Hagen and Drew Christopherson, where they share music and conversations from some of the intimate events we have been fortunate to create together.
