Unheard-of//Ensemble performs an eclectic program of trio works for clarinet, violin, and cello, featuring New York icons Elliott Carter’s Con Leggerezza Pensosa and Ursula Mamlok’s Five Bagatelles alongside Jeewon Kim's Silence written as part of Unheard-of’s recent workshop with students from Manhattan School of Music. Unheard-of also performs Du Yun's dreams-bend with Erin Rogers narrating and Seth Boustead’s Daughters of the Moon based on an Italo Calvino short story. They perform Cirque de solfège, a seven-movement miniature work written for Unheard-of’s community engagement concerts by Queens-based composer Sunny Knable.
