"This is an intimate evening with a single instrument - the violin. I’ve always wanted to create a concert that highlights the violin in the same manner a one-person show would highlight an actor or actress. The program would explore the range of expression a violin is capable of creating and the various roles it’s played over time, delving into pieces by Baroque and Contemporary composers, including two of my favorites, Bach and Bartok." - Katie Hyun
